Opening an Account With Us: The Rules Behind the Questions Members Ask
New members put the same handful of questions to our support team before and after they register. They concern age, documents, the second account, the name on the card and the bonus. We answer each of them here as a rule, in the wording we apply when we review an account, because a rule stated once is easier to follow than advice repeated in chat.
The questions fall into two groups. The first group is settled at the moment of registration. The second is settled later, when a member first withdraws, and it is the group that surprises people most often.

Who May Register
At FS Casino no person under the age of 18 may use the service, and where the law of a member’s jurisdiction sets a higher age of legal consent for gambling, the higher age applies.
Politically exposed persons must declare their status when they register and undergo additional verification. We apply this rule in the same way to every member.
One Account for One Person
We allow a single main account for each person. Any further account opened by the same person is treated as a duplicate. The consequence is stated in our terms without ambiguity: the duplicate may be closed, transactions on it voided, and deposits and winnings forfeited, without an obligation on our side to refund.
The sports and casino sections share one account and one balance.
The Name That Must Match
Three records have to carry the same name: the account, the identity document and the FS Casino payment method used for deposits. Deposits from the card, wallet or account of another person are not accepted, and we do not accept anonymous wallets or cash funds. A card belonging to a family member does not solve a missing card of one’s own, because the deposit would be rejected or later reviewed.
Withdrawals follow the same logic. Funds are returned by the method that was used to deposit, which means that a name mismatch discovered at withdrawal blocks the payout at the latest possible moment.
What We May Ask For and When
- Documents are not requested at the registration form.
- Verification begins when a member’s transactions reach a total of €1,000, when the account presents a risk of money laundering or terrorist financing, when behaviour is suspicious, or when we consider it necessary.
- A copy or photograph of an identity document.
- A photograph of the payment card showing the name, the first six and last four digits, with the security code hidden.
- A selfie in which the member holds the required documents.
- Confirmation of address, such as a utility or telephone bill.
- In some cases a bank statement or an employer’s letter, and occasionally a tax assessment notice.
- If additional verification takes place by video call, the member has seven calendar days from the date we send the notification.
- For a withdrawal above €1,000 we require a copy or digital photograph of a passport or identity card.

The Euro Balance
- The account is kept in euro for members on this international page.
- Every amount shown in the cashier, in a bonus statement and in our terms is stated in euro.
- A member should enter the first deposit only after choosing the currency the account will use, since the balance and the bonus caps are expressed in it.
The FS Casino welcome bonus is held separately from the deposit until its wagering requirement has been met.
Activating the Welcome Package
- Registration starts the five-day period within which the welcome package may be activated.
- The first stage requires a deposit of at least €5 and gives 100% up to €250 with 70 free spins.
- The cash portion of the bonus must then be wagered 40 times within five days of the funds being credited.
- A promotional code, where one is used for a deposit offer, must be activated before the deposit.
- It is valid for one deposit only, namely the first made after redemption, and several codes may not be redeemed for the same deposit.
