Two Balances, One Account: How Our Bonus Funds Are Treated
Every bonus we grant at FS Casino creates a second balance beside the member’s own money. The two balances are managed by different rules, and almost every question about our bonus is a question about the line between them. We set that line out here, stage by stage, so that a member can tell at any moment which funds are theirs to withdraw and which still have to be earned.
- Real balance: the member’s deposit and any winnings that do not depend on a bonus. It can be withdrawn subject to verification.
- Bonus balance: the bonus amount credited with a deposit and the winnings derived from it. It is locked until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Free spins: credited with the stage and played on the game named for that stage. Winnings are treated as bonus funds.

The stages together provide up to €1,000 and 400 free spins. A deposit of €100 at stage one therefore creates a bonus balance of €100, and the bonus is credited beside the deposit, not in place of it.

How the Wagering Requirement Moves Funds
The requirement is 40 times the cash bonus. For a bonus of €100 the member must place bets totalling €4,000 before the bonus balance is released. We count the requirement on the bonus and not on the deposit.
The funds are used in a fixed order of thought, though not through a switch the member controls: the system records bets against the requirement while the bonus is active, and winnings made with bonus funds remain bonus funds until the requirement is satisfied.
- The deposit is credited to the real balance, and the bonus to the bonus balance.
- The member plays. Bets placed on eligible games reduce the outstanding requirement.
- Winnings obtained with bonus funds are added to the bonus balance.
- When 40 times the bonus has been wagered, the remaining bonus funds become withdrawable.
- If five days pass from the credit before the requirement is met, the bonus period ends.
What Counts, and How Much
Slots count in full. Table games contribute between 0% and 10% of each stake, and crash and instant games contribute at a lower rate than slots. A member who plays roulette with a bonus active advances the requirement very slowly, and in some cases not at all.
Free spin winnings carry their own 30-fold requirement and a conversion cap of €100. Winnings beyond the cap are not converted into real funds.
Actions That Protect and Actions That Forfeit
Some behaviours are expressly forbidden while a bonus is active, and the consequences are fixed in our terms.
- A withdrawal requested before the wagering is complete reduces the bonus amount and the winnings derived from it to zero.
- Bets on opposing outcomes of the same market are not permitted. A breach ends the bonus and cancels the associated winnings.
- Placing large bets from the real balance in sports, live dealer games or virtual sports and then moving to casino games to wager the bonus is treated as abuse. The current real and bonus balances may be removed.
- Redeeming several promotional codes for one deposit is not permitted. A code is valid for one deposit only.
Time Limits Attached to the Balances
The package may be activated within five days of FS Casino registration. After the bonus is credited, five days remain for wagering. The Friday casino offer, 75% up to €300, carries a three-day window of its own. The member should check the offer in the account for any shorter period before depositing.
Cashback and the Balance It Creates

A Worked Example
A member deposits €10 at stage two. The deposit is credited in full, and a bonus of €11 is added at 110%. The wagering requirement is 40 times €11, which is €440. If the member wagers €440 on slots within the period, the bonus balance becomes available. If the member requests a withdrawal after wagering only €200, the bonus and its winnings are cancelled, and the €10 deposit remains subject to the normal rules.
