How We Handle Your Personal Data

Effective from 7 October 2026. This notice describes how we, as the operator of FS Casino, handle the personal data of members and visitors. Questions about it are answered at [email protected].

1. Our Role

1.1 Controller

We decide why and how the personal data of our members is processed in connection with the accounts and services we provide. In that role we act as controller.

1.2 Scope

The notice covers visitors to the site, applicants, registered members and persons who write to us.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data given by the member

When a member registers we collect the data entered in the form, and later any data entered in the account. A member who writes to support also gives us the content of the message.

2.2 Verification data

Verification may require a copy of an identity document, a photograph of the payment card with the first six and last four digits visible, a selfie with documents, confirmation of address and, in some cases, a bank statement, an employer’s letter or a tax assessment notice. A member who is a politically exposed person gives a declaration of that status.

2.3 Payment data

We record deposits and withdrawals, the method used, the amounts and the dates. We do not need the security code of a card and ask that it be hidden in any photograph.

2.4 Technical data

When the site or an application is used, our servers record technical information such as the device type, the browser and the time of access, together with the game rounds played, because the server records are the authority for settling a dispute.
Our records are organised in the following categories.

CategoryExamplesWhy we keep it
AccountName, address, contact dataTo open and manage the account
VerificationIdentity document, card photograph, selfie, proof of addressTo confirm identity and age
PaymentMethod, amount, dateTo process deposits and withdrawals
TechnicalDevice type, browser, game roundsTo protect the service and settle disputes

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1 Providing the services

We use the data to open and manage the account, to credit bonuses, and to process deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Verification and prevention

We use the data to confirm identity and age, to ensure that one person holds one account, and to prevent fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing.

3.3 Support and complaints

We use the data to answer messages and to examine complaints, which must reach us within ten days of the event concerned.

3.4 Applying the limits and exclusions you request

We use the data to apply the limits and exclusions requested by a member.

4. Sharing

4.1 Payment providers

Payment data is passed to the card network, wallet or cryptocurrency service used for a transaction, because the transaction cannot be completed without it.

4.2 Service providers

Data may be processed for us by providers of hosting, verification and customer support, on our instructions.

4.3 Authorities

We disclose data where the law, a court or a competent authority requires it.

5. Retention

5.1 Principle

We keep data for as long as the account exists and for as long afterwards as is needed for the purposes in section 3 and for legal obligations.

5.2 Inactive accounts

An account that has been inactive for six months may be closed or suspended. Closure does not by itself erase records that we are bound to keep.

6. Security

6.1 Measures

We protect data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to its sensitivity. Documents should be sent only through the member’s account.

6.2 Member’s part

A member should keep login details confidential and report a suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay.

7. Rights

7.1 Access and correction

A member may ask what data we hold and ask us to correct data that is inaccurate.

7.2 Erasure, restriction and objection

Subject to our legal obligations, a member may ask us to delete data, to restrict its use or to stop certain uses.

7.3 How to exercise rights

A request is sent to [email protected] from the address registered with the account. We may need to confirm identity before we respond.

8. Minors

8.1 Age limit

The services are intended for persons of at least 18 years, or the higher age of legal consent. We do not knowingly collect data from persons below that age and close an account if we learn that its holder is below it.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

9.1 Purpose

The site and the applications may use cookies and similar technologies to keep a member signed in, to remember settings and to protect the service against misuse.

9.2 Member’s choice

A member may restrict cookies through the settings of the browser. Some functions of the account, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.

10. Data Held About Bonuses and Limits

10.1 Bonus records

We record which bonus was credited, the wagering completed and the date on which it ended, because those records decide whether funds can be withdrawn.

10.2 Limit records

We record the limits, breaks and exclusions that a member has requested, and we apply them for the period requested.

11. Changes

11.1 Updates

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the version in force.
